In March 2009, the Ethical Brand Monitor, a representative online survey conducted among 5028 consumers. Each participant evaluates his 25 famous brands. A total of 357 trademarks have been evaluated from 21 industries for the factors of economic responsibility, social responsibility, environmental responsibility and business ethics.

While brands in the retail, household appliances, food and automobiles demand seats in the Ethical Brand Monitor show are the logistics and tourism, energy, spirit and financial service providers the rear.
